Good food but I don’t know why it took like 10 mins to get seated when all the tables were super empty. Asked for the wifi password but got stared at up and down by like two of the employees (an old lady n unc). Like y’all I don’t have a bomb strapped to my chest, I’m wearing a shirt and regular shorts. The unc was like “I don’t think we have WiFi” like what do you mean THINK. You either do or don’t. The previous reviews by others were so right. We ordered additional meat and potato salad ban chan and it never came. We received no refills on water or soda when asked 3 times. Bulgogi portion was good, only received 1 pork belly per order.
A great place for lunch with the family!
Disappointing experience at Gen Korean BBQ Maui. We waited about 15–20 minutes just to be served, and even longer for simple refills. The portions they brought out were really small, and every time we needed something, it took forever to get anyone’s attention. For the price, the service and serving sizes were not worth it. Definitely expected a much better experience.
