You wait a long time for seating or food even when it’s empty, which sounds like management understaffing. Bathrooms had no working soap dispensers, so I assume the staff either dont use the same bathroom, or they dont wash their hands. Not a premium experience but it was a premium price.
This is my second time at this restaurant. Our cooking station turned off twice. I went and told our waiter twice. Then got up and asked for the manager. He gave me attitude, such a bad attitude I wanted to walk out. We had 5 kids in our party none of them were able to eat what they ordered since cooktop stopped working twice and then they moved us.
