First t8me experience was great. Food was amazing.
I don't even write reviews like this but this was truly the worst dining experience I've ever had. Ordered the Premium package for 3 people. They tell us after we order that they're out of 3-4 meats, bulgogi included. Then they're difficult when asking what is left and available. Service is slow and rude. Won't let us order in bulk of what is left, even though we paid for premium. Don't bring us napkins. Don't bring us scissors to cut our food. Wont' refill our water. I will never come here again. horrible horrible horrible
