Service was terrible. Meat quality tanked. Worst gen kbbq ive ever been to. The corona one is so much better and worth the drive. I ordered corn cheese and was given a tin of minimal corn, 5 pieces of cheese, mayo and sugar filled to the brim. I requested more cheese or a remake and it was never brought to me. I had to ask 5 separate times for salt, 2 times for water, 6 times for rice/rice paper. The only person who was nice and great was the busser/food runner with braces. I can honestly say this place has gone downhill over the years. The cuts of meat were flavorless and mostly gristle. The banchan is not there flavor wise. The price for food does not reflect the quality. The floors were so oily, sticky and wet that multiple people almost fell walking through the isles and down the stairs. The customer service was okay, when we walked through the door we were greeted. We were then seated at a table on the second floor where it was extremely humid and hot.
