We arrived at 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday and were seated quickly, but the experience went downhill from there. Despite ordering appetizers and several meats, many items which never arrived, others took multiple requests, and portions were extremely small for a table of six. 2 times in a week to get Gen Korean BBQ House. WHY? Coz Smile and sweet Service, Clean, Freshand good quality Meat + Vegetable and Drinks. Kyle, the server is very sweet and helpful. All the staffs are very nice amd professional as well. I'm sure you won't regret to have the delicious food at Gen. OH Make sure you are Hungry before you get Gen Korean BBQ. !!!!!!

Worst experience ever waiting 36mins to get one slice of pork belly and just get ignored from server and two guy wearing suits and keep moving to other tables the worst ever . I also work at the restaurant so l know the food service and the other tables who order after us got their food more than 3times in front of us .
