We came here last Friday to celebrate my son's birthday, and the experience was incredibly disappointing due to the heat. When we sat down, we noticed it was uncomfortably warm. I do not like writing bad reviews but honestly this experience was so bad I had to warn people. It's 110 degrees outside and it was at least 90 degrees inside this restaurant it was so hot and not in the "there's a grill at the table hot" the entire restaurant was icky and muggy, when we left we were all drenched in sweat. You would think, well lets hurry up and eat? Please do not order the premium menu for an extra $20 per person. No more ribeye. Now it's skirt steak. The wagyu is NOT wagyu. It's ribbons of fat with a center sliver of meat. The sliced brisket was a better cut and that is NOT on the premium. They were out of several items. Very disappointed today. Leak on the floor about 6 ft long toward the back booths. What happened GEN? We have been so happy before this evening.
They added new items on there AYCE menu. Tried fish katsu and Calamari and was a 2/5. The meats were at a 3÷/5. I won't visit here for at least 3 months. Also, the air condition didn't seem to work well. It was quite warm inside inspite of cooking the food.
The wife and I decided to come here yesterday and I was amazed at the service, Conner was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us suggestions on what kind of meat to order. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back.
