this used to be my family’s spot for birthdays, celebrations, and nights out and i hate to see it crumble under conrad’s unprofessional management. we waited for a while for a hostess to check us in and we watched the general manager frolic around without acknowledging us. when he finally came up to us he let us know that it was a 20 minute wait which is perfectly fine however we were curious since the restaurant was empty so we asked why? not to demand being seated or accuse him of anything, we were just wondering. to that ... read more
We had Averi as our server for my brother’s bday and she was fantastic!! So sweet & super helpful, I love the food here it’s SO good and the atmosphere is so fun!
The food was very low quality. Save your $10.00 for something different.
I went for lunch on a Friday. I order a bento box special to go. I there around 12:30 pm. I waited at the bar for approx. 10 mins for them to freshly prepare a lunch of glass noodle, white rice, salad, two proteins, and two fried pot stickers. The entire staff was very nice. I was offered water while I waited.
Be careful when choosing your tier selection, we were offered the "Premium " tier for an extra$20.00 saying will open the Premium cuts off meats and they show us in the menu, as we started ordering we started noticing that a few of the things we ordered was no longer avaliable or discontinued, but it wasn't until we order a cut from the 5 or 6 Premium menu that the waitresses said we ran out of 2 of the Premium cuts from it!, How do you push for a "Premium "tier and don't let the customer know ahead of time what is not avail... read more
