I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I placed an online order, received a receipt via email, and saw the charge on my credit card. Everything was confirmed, including the right location. When I arrived after the pickup time, the server told me, “They’re still working on it, have a seat at the bar.” I waited over 20 minutes before asking again—only to find out there was NEVER an order in their system. They didnt give us the little side dishes until I asked for them unlike the tempe location but its still the same routine. Good food, just have to know what to order.
