Please AVOID THIS PLACE. Service is terrible, we arrived at 8:45pm, we waited 30mins to be greeted and asked to put orders. Nonetheless we kept our patience. In addition, when we tried to cook the meat, the stove is cold and turned itself off. We talked to employees and they put the fire back on, and it went off again. And we kept waiting for another 15mins staring at the dang raw meat until we were switched to another table. MAKE SURE TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE RECIEPT. My friend and I came in to eat on a Tuesday afternoon, mind you it was not busy at this time. Our drinks were never filled, our grill was changed once, and the service was overall horrible. We left a $0 tip and wrote it on the receipt. Come to find out the day later, they have forced an auto tip and wrote a One besides my zero. Called them and explained the situation and they still have not taken action! Our server was Silverio R. Horrible service, please go to another location!

The sides where not good and having to constantly ask for stuff was annoying they sent home our server before we were even done. Definitely not worth 300.00 it cost us. Won't go back again.

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Me, my boyfriend, and his friend came in on Tuesday around 4 PM. The restaurant wasn't even busy. There were maybe 6 tables occupied, so there was absolutely no excuse for the service to be this bad. Our server was Antonio, and he repeatedly forgot almost everything we ordered throughout the entire meal. Right when we sat down, we ordered 3 plates of meat and 3 corns with cheese. This is the worst pickup order experience I have ever had. Placed a Uber Eats pickup order, should be ready at 6:30, came to the store and waited for 20 minutes and still not ready. And no one is asking me why I’m standing there for more than 20 minutes. This will be the first and last time I try this restaurant.
