This place is trash and doesn't care about their customers. Their program has rendered my computer essentially useless. I first contacted them on 2/8 and my claim was escalated to a level 3, allegedly. I was supposed to get a call on 2/9 at 5pm. I'll let you guess on if that happened. Recently installed Norton newest anti virus software to scan my years old windows 10 pc... Horrible experience and outcome... had many confusing popups occurring and not easily understood scan findings... asking for more paid items I supposedly needed.. decided to delete during trial period and get refund to my paypal account... The worst customer service, across the board, made worse if you can believe it by their bringing on the iTunes12 / Fisher-Price Chatterphone design team to do their interfaces. Norton is FUBAR, and now CCleaner. They are bombarding me with email saying they are unable to run my credit card, but I checked and my subs are active and they still have over 500 days to run. You can't get past the chatbot when you try to get customer service.
Had a mysterious charge attempt, luckily it was blocked by Privacy however the card was assigned to use only for Avast, it was attempted 6 months later to be charged by Norton, I am not a customer or user of Norton, nor would they have access to this card. Very sketched out by this and will be dropping Avast as they obviously have shared my CC number to part of their conglomerate .
Lost access to authenticator - every company was able to work around issue and get me up and running expect Norton - purchased 5 lic and have not been able to deploy lic previously not deployed and found out mobile phone deployment was not working. Zero help earlier for support - at Norton phone - called again today with hope - If they can not get this working I would stay away form this tool do to lack of customer support. We have plenty of choices in market.
