I was on my way to San Antonio to see my son in the hospital, about a hundred miles outside of town my transmission started failing. Bert's Gene Brown Transmissions has the best google reviews for a reason, and that's how I found them limping into town. Tony understood my issue and the pressure and time constraints I had. Tony is a great guy and provides great customer service. Another Gene Brown location did me wrong but Bert and Tony made it right. They did a great job repairing my transmission.
I had to get a lot of work done to my challenger was thinking I was going to spend a fortune they did not hit me over the head on anything everyone there is super friendly and helpful I definitely recommend if you need any work done to your vehicle to take it to there shop !
They fixed my speedometer issue. Had to replace gears in the transfer case and tune it to coordinate it with the tire size and gear ratio and then cable all the way to the back of dash. Good work across the board.
When my 2016 Ford Explorer was making a noise that I could not ascertain, the first place I hought of taking it to was Bert's Gene Brown Transmission Shop. They've done prior work for me and the results were always positive. A Ford dealer scheduled an appointment almost two weeks out but I could not wait that long.
