I had an outstanding experience with this auto repair shop. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the General Manager, Tony, was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, which gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. They repaired my transmission at a very fair price, and while servicing my vehicle, they also took care of my A/C. I am Very very disappointed in this shop I feel played as a human being i literally trusted these guys out of all other shops but I won’t be returning to this place Anymore! I took my car in to get my AC fixed he diagnosed the car told me it was the lines gave me a price of 514$ a few days later now he saying I would need the whole entire kit which would cost me about 1200$ to get my car out and that’s with me bringing the part! Bert’s Transmission did a fantastic job on my 2015 XF Jaguar. I bought my transmission kit brought it to them. They did a fantastic job. I didn’t have any problem with it after they put it on. They did exactly what they said. The price was right. They are great team and Professionals. I recommend them to my friends and family, and I will come back again
Just had the AC fixed on my Honda CRV, in my opinion, the best automotive repair shop in San Antonio. You can always count on Bert, Tony, & the guys to fix it right the first time. Honest and dependable.
