Mr. Trevor the technician was super helpful. This brother knew what he was doing. The power for two of our bedrooms was out for two weeks after a lightning strike. The problem was internal and he had to check every outlet one by one. I’ve had one electricians come out and he tried to charge me $1700-$2200. GEN 1:3 Mr. Trevor came out there and did the job in about 1 hour or less. He left without me paying anything today. Then he text me my bill of less than $400. they did a great job in replacing my 20' high light and my generator install. once installed they walked me trhough the auto start on my generator and panel, if i lose power i dont have to do anything with the system they put in, also showed me how to take it out of the automatic mode if i needed the power to be off for any reason. was great service, proffessionl and courteous with patience as i had to ask several questions because of my memory. thumbs up and if i need any future work they will be doing it
