I was from out of town, so I made an appointment ahead of time. We needed a monument and 10 headstones cleaned (sort of an unusual request). The evening before the appointment Ann texted to make sure we were still meeting (we were). Ann arrived on time and got started cleaning. The job was more involved than I thought.
