The Team at Gemstone Windows was fantastic. Joe, our project manager, was there every step of the way. He showed us many different types of windows and helped us to select the best windows for our needs. Not the most expensive windows but the right ones! They did not use pressured sales tactics, they listened and delivered on thier word. The window installation team was wonderful. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 10 windows & a sliding glass door to be installed. Windows/sliding door arrived & Install date was mid May. Here we are nearing the end of August and yet the project is still not complete. VERY POOR communication from anyone from this company. You are just left in the dark. Worse experience ever....a two day scheduled installment in May turn into a 4 month project. The photos are how the windows are left as.
