This feedback is based on my honest experience today, and I hope it helps improve their future service. My husband gifted me a birthday spa treatment. While I appreciate his effort to pamper me, I ended up in tears due to my disappointment with the service he paid for with his hard-earned money. Booked at this spa for a fun girls day for my best friends birthday. We booked a one hour couples massage. It was confirmed when we checked in and then they took us downstairs where the massages happen. No one was there to greet us, so the receptionist from upstairs basically took us in to show us around and then all of a sudden these two guys popped their heads out of different rooms and called out our names and said they were ready for us.
