I had a remedial massage and some Emmet Therapy on Thurday with Hiromi. I had a troublesome left calf muscle that for a month now cramped up when I tried to go for my run. Hiromi used Emmet Therapy along with a great massage to treat it. I ran Parkrun 5km this morning and my calf was perfect. Thank you Hiromi. Don't doubt yourself! You!!! Fixed it. See you on a few weeks.
