This company installed a TV entertainment unit for us at our cost at Gemlife Pimpama , we were told by Gemlife that any changes will be done after we move in . I have contacted them numerous times re a some small change and finally after stating they will get in touch re an appointment , I called once again only to be told they don't come back to do any additional work even though they are here at Gemlife doing cabinets for them . This is poor behavior and customer service .
