Gemstone property managers are horrible at honoring written contracts. As a owner I had a tenant move out and left my townhome filthy dirty, they don't do regular inspections, they deny deny and deny any wrong doing. They refused to give me any of the tenant deposit so I can get it cleaned properly. Don't matter if you rent or buy get ready for an experience that you weren't expecting. The CCR's don't count unless it's in their favor.
I hate leaving this review I hate leaving negative reviews because that you can really hurt a company but I have to I paid this company for a service that I never got and then I asked for my money back and they ignore me so I have no choice but to sue them so early and also file a police report because they stole from me. I do want the public to know not to spend their money with this company they are very very sketchy
I hate to ever write a negative review, but I have to. I just moved out of a furnished rental. I lived in this home alone. I was hardly ever home. I got nothing back from my deposit. I had to hire a carpet cleaning company and I cleaned the house spotless. It was a 3 bedroom house and I never used 2 of the rooms. I was even charged for a wall outlet not working.
