Keith and the owners of Gemstone Properties completely refuse to enforce basic building standards or protect tenants from severe toxic health hazards. Keith is very unprofessional and not a good representation of Gemstone. He was friendly and accommodating when we first signed our lease; however, his attitude noticeably changed once we became tenants and later gave our notice. Communication became one word answers from him (if anything) which was disappointing after our initial positive impression. We expected a higher level of professionalism, especially during the move-out process.
