We are a condo association, we used Gemstone Builders for water intrusion, I thought we had cracks in the building or our control joints were compromised but when Gemstone inspected along with our engineer they discovered the issue was our windows and possibly the dryer vents. Louie and team were great to work with! They got our job done quickly and efficiently and he even fixed a prior vendors work for us (bubbling paint) for a great price!
