It was surprisingly simple. I was not the easiest customer as I asked for changes after the order was placed, on top of already asking for the job to be rushed. I was told no problem and the item showed up early anyway. I don't know if that's a promise they can always keep, but I had a great experience and the ring is beautiful!
Buyer Beware! This company has many good reviews. So, I felt comfortable doing business with them. But, I had an experience that I feel should be shared to help prospective customers. Their website describes a 1.48 carat round emerald specifically as Colombian, vivid green, VSI, untreated and excellent cut. All the most desirable attributes of an exceptional stone.
