I purchased an engagement ring with a lab-created diamond from GemsNY nearly two years ago, and it was absolutely stunning. Later, I bought a wedding band from a different vendor, but unfortunately the 18K white gold setting did not hold up to our expectations. I had a pleasant experience scheduling an appointment and making a reservation to see some stones in person at their Manhattan location, until they cancelled my appointment with 3 hours notice and no explanation. I am based in Suffolk County (which they knew). I scheduled the reservation for a Friday two days in advance.
