I’ve been here a couple of times and saw Taylor. Unfortunately, I never once walked out happy with the service. I tried to be patient and let it slide, but the last visit really sealed it for me. When I asked for a fix, the response was unprofessional, and instead of addressing the issue, I was simply dropped as a client. I trusted you as a hairstylist and expected accountability for the work. Sadly, that wasn’t the case.
