A massive thank you to Gems and Minerals! We went for a holiday to Broadbeach in August and I fell in love with a necklace. Fast forward 3 months and my partner called to see if it was available. It was still sitting in the shop shining away. We made a simple purchase over the phone and it was held until a family member picked it up for me. We recently ordered some birthstone and healing gemstones online and needed authentication. Donna and Dale were outstanding in not only escorting me and my mother to their shop but also verified the stones for us! Dale repaired my mother's beaded neck string and bracelets and helped her purchase a couple of neck chains she wanted. Never once did they lower their excellent customer service, even while attending to other interested customers and 👏👏👏👍👍🙂

Honestly could have spent hours in here! My husband went in to purchase my birthday present & it was suggested that I pick out some items for him to choose from (great suggestion!). He walked out with opal earrings and an opal ring, and then we went back the next day for another ring. On our last day we went back where my sister purchased an opal ring for herself, one for our mother and I chose a slice of boulder opal for my Nana.
