While pulling our 41’ fifth wheel from Georgia on the way to the Grand Canyon, our 2014 F350 lost turbo boost pressure which resulted in us being stranded in Edgewood, NM. Well, we had an unexpected "layover" in Moriarty, NM for about 9 days. A microburst tipped over our trailer causing some damage to our van. They were very honest and upfront with us. (which we appreciated). We have passed our 1,000 mile inspection of the new transmission and the van still works great. So, given the situation and stress...I would like to say thank you.
