Emily catered my wedding, and she was an absolute joy to work with! I wanted to customize the menu to make it special for our wedding, and she was more than happy to make that happen. Her food was amazing, and with every interaction, I could tell just how passionate she is about what she does. My husband and I are so grateful we chose her and her team to cater our special day! I cannot say enough great things about Emily and Gems Catering!! I had the pleasure of working with Emily to create an exceptional menu for my wedding! Gems catering did an amazing job on my wedding. Their presentation was amazing and the food was delicious. Emily is very detail oriented and was very knowledgeable about what appetizers could be picked. Her input was very helpful. She was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. We decided to not do a wedding cake and go with a dessert table instead and she did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this catering company! The quality is amazing.

Gem’s Catering catered my company’s relaunch exhibit and the food was a perfect finish to the event itself. The booking process was simple and it helped tremendously as we were swamped with other things. Emily asked us about the vibe/theme of the event, made recommendations for the menu and knocked it out of the park the day of. She arrived on time, prepared and set up this beautiful display quickly. Emily and Gem‘s catering did the most incredible grazing board for my daughter‘s graduation party. My husband‘s family is Egyptian and so I requested something with a Middle Eastern theme and she went beyond my expectations! The variety of the offerings, the presentation, the flavors… It was more than I could’ve asked for! Everyone was so impressed and it was the highlight of the party! Thank you, Emily!!!
