The watch business is risky even for a seasoned buyer. So I was surprised when a reputable dealer who was mostly transparent absolutely sent me a watch that fell apart in my hands 10 minutes after it was delivered and taken from box Pictures documented it all. I was told to send it back into the maw that is eBay. No communication Long waits with no answers but was assured I’d get refund. I ordered a watch , it was delivered next day... perfect condition, packaging, everything as advertised but I was not happy with the design of the watch. I called for a return #, Moshe was very helpful, I shipped the watch back, and got an email the next day that my refund was being processed. I will definetely work with them again in the future when I find something else that I like.
