I'm happy I can find these products in usa. But the customer service is not a good experience. The bill is higher than the prices on the website. You have to send an email to order as you can not do online. It is really a waste of time. This is no empathy.
Had some trouble getting in touch with them when I had a problem with my order. But they eventually contacted me back and corrected the mistake in my order. Thanks Gemmos LLC.
I feel at odds writing this review because I'm grateful for the accessibility of the products they carry through a US base. In my experience they've placed little emphasis on customer relationship in terms of orders received, shipping and backorder status. Telephone contact I always reach an invitation to leave a message and a suggestion to email as best possible outcomes but lacks response more often than not. Again I want to say I'm grateful for access to these products in the US. Thanks Michael and company
