Refusing to make appointment without being provided the groupon voucher number via text prior to making appointment. Very unprofessional, only willing to do a 7 or 730am appt on two dif days. Trust the horrible reviews with her and go somewhere else.
Gemma is very efficient. I got eyelashes and they looked very good and natural. I got many compliments my daughter in law is an aesthetician at a top resort and was very impressed with them. She also did them in a timely manner and was very nice, friendly and professional. I highly recommend her!

Worst experience ever!! Took a week to get me scheduled. Got a Brazilian wax and was the most painful one I’ve had yet, and I’ve had many. She rushed to get me out and didn’t care to give good service. Maybe because it was a Groupon? She cussed up a storm during her conversations. But it gets worse…I didn’t realize til the last few applications that she was DOUBLE DIPPING THE SPATULA!!!! EXTREMELY UNSANITARY!! I hope and pray to god I don’t get any infections.
