Don't Go Here! I'm with Jared S. on this! Owner BILL got cocky with me when I expressed disapproval with his return policy. I too called on Dec 24th and told "bring it on in". Today I was told "I busted my balls to get that done for you". Nice way to talk to a lady. In the meantime I'm out $160.00

Jared I prepaid and scheduled a install for today Friday Dec 24th@ 10:00am...I asked the man scheduling the appointment, " are you sure your working Christmas Eve" and was told absolutely... this morning I was then by owner, "nope, can't do". I asked for money back. He offered to do but not til 5, I said ok let me verify with wife, since its her vehicle and she needs it, she said ok, I went back in was told to park the truck across the street. I did. Clear sound from the best speakers. I ordered high techs from Gemmas Auto. When they came in ,they had called me to come to the shop to have my high tech speakers put in. When I got there I told them not to ruin any of the leather in my car while putting them in. They took the old speakers out in about 10 minutes. Then they began to put the new ones in.
