I'm writing this review while sitting in our new gorgeous apartment. We had such an incredible experience working with Gemma! We randomly stopped into an Open House with no broker and within 24 hours we had submitted an offer on the apartment and had initiated the process for Gemma to also help us simultaneously list and sell our current place. Gemma was incredibly patient throughout the lengthy process, of finding our new home. She was always responsive via text and email and kept us informed of every single step along the way. She also anticipated our next moves and was very helpful in determining what our families needs were.
