Never dealt with such unprofessional team. Th team along with the manager has no freaking clue when to start working on my truck , took my truck 4 times wasted 4-5 hrs every single time . After all those patient visits and appointments the mechanics and the so called “manager” has no idea when to start working on it. I don’t wanna rant about racism but my driver experienced different kind of behaviour towards him as compared to other customers . Never thought “KARENS” existed in garage shops .
The guys at Gemm are a pleasure to deal with, Brett is always so positive and open to help Jeff and Matt have been around for years and have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Great guys to deal with!
Very friendly people, quick service
I went to drop off a work vehicle at Gemm Diesel first thing in the morning. I found the front desk staff to be friendly. He then found the person I needed to speak to also to be friendly. I went in with a negative preconceived notion of how a diesel repair shop experience would be and I left feeling like a fool because everyone was a pro.
I was in salmon arm and had the def system go haywire so i stopped in, they came out and tried to force a regen even tho they were booked up with cvi's, we are based in kelowna so they had me drive it to the kelowna store and i gave them the key right at closing. They diagnosed and fixed it the next day. Couldnt ask for better service!
