Went to see 5 ton truck...we drove 4 hours....he said truck recently passed CVI...I dont believe that truck with that condition can be on road...when we went in the shop, the engine was leaking..not even close to the description he gave us... On the top of that we waited for 2 hours but ha wasn't even able to start it...such a waste of time... BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER
Never dealt with such unprofessional team. Th team along with the manager has no freaking clue when to start working on my truck , took my truck 4 times wasted 4-5 hrs every single time . After all those patient visits and appointments the mechanics and the so called “manager” has no idea when to start working on it. I don’t wanna rant about racism but my driver experienced different kind of behaviour towards him as compared to other customers . Never thought “KARENS” existed in garage shops .
The guys at Gemm are a pleasure to deal with, Brett is always so positive and open to help Jeff and Matt have been around for years and have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Great guys to deal with!
Very friendly people, quick service
I went to drop off a work vehicle at Gemm Diesel first thing in the morning. I found the front desk staff to be friendly. He then found the person I needed to speak to also to be friendly. I went in with a negative preconceived notion of how a diesel repair shop experience would be and I left feeling like a fool because everyone was a pro.
