My truck was broke down and I call him early in the morning! He said he is fully booked but tell me to come and he will check my truck! I went and immediately he came and checked my truck! Super and quick service and good behaviour! Thank you GEMM!

Called in on a Friday evening before a long weekend to get assistance for a critical issue with my diesel fuelled RV. I was then invited in for the next morning to see what could be done. Doug spent about 30mins troubleshooting a temporary solution to get us on our way to continue our long weekend adventures. He saved our long weekend by sliding us into his busy day at no charge.
