Worst experience I ever had.First of all they’re super unprofessional, rude and don’t take accountability I paid 180 for them to fry my hair . Second they blamed me for my hair being fried, left the perm solution on for an hour on my head and lastly they don’t want to give my money because I wasted THEIR time. DONT RECOMMEND HERE
I wanted an ombré, came in with virgin hair. I didn’t end up with an ombré but I wasn’t mad with the end result. At first I was content with it because it was styled at the end so I didn’t notice anything wrong. I payed good money to have my hair done. When I straightened it myself, I noticed all these patterned spots from where they folded the foils with the bleach, some of the hair was completely missed, and most of it wasn’t blended evenly between shades. I will NEVER come back here.
She’s rude forced me to get a haircut then she messed up my hair
