RecommendedI love that Lisa the manager and Gene took their time professionally and helped my husband and I. They even helped with my decorative vision and made it a master piece just because they wanted us to be happy. The store has so many lovely varieties of tiles that it will blow your mind away, but don't friet because the employees their will definitely help and make it better for you. I so love this place even if I have to drive 1 hour there from where I live. No pain no gain.

We ordered tile 2 weeks ago for a bathroom renovation we needed to complete by the end of this week when we called last Friday to see if it came in we were told they lost our information and the tile was never ordered would never recommend this company.
We're redoing our bathroom (last tiled in the 60's). I walked in and spent a half hour in this store... there were three staff members there chatting about their day and their weekend plans... two couples walked in after me and were assisted right away. I wasn't even greeted. I felt invisible and not valued as a potential customer. I went to home depot right after and was greeted right away in the flooring department, and was instantly helped and shown several options based on my needs.
