After many years of dealing with insomnia and after trying everything that I had hoped would help, but didn`t. I set up an appointment for hypnosis. I found Lauren to be caring, honest and Effective, she was able to help me to remove the cobwebs in my mind and to restore me back to the time in my life when sleep was a healthy part of my life. First let me state that I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to these types of "fixes" I believe most bad habits can be broken on your own but I was a nail biter ( yep - I know - gross habit) for over 50 years and finally said I needed help with breaking it. Lauren is trustworthy, calming, no pressure and easy to talk to about anything. Her ability to make you comfortable with hypnosis and avoid the false beliefs that others have about the practice is pure professionalism and the results are phenomenal.
