When switching to another Ins. company for a MUCH better rate I was given attitude and told that if I were to cancel I would have to pay $1,428!! Wich in turn ended up being incorrect when I called my Insurance compnay directly only to find out I was actually OWED $ if I were to cancel. When I called the agency 2 days later to confirm my ins. had been cancelled the same lady AGAIN tried to tell me this nonsence of a fine.
