I met Mr.P**** back in maybe 2021, he was called to move my a/c unit by a couple of guys that was doing concrete work. Mr. P**** that. But when he came back for the last time to do the hose and wire movement. He left it so sloppy and messy, I had concrete seal and cardboard plastered on my wall til this day. In his words, the work got done. Looked passed that, tried Mr. P**** from Heating and Cooling and again This time needed a new air conditioner. Gemini installed our furnace in January of 2022, they were selected by our home warranty company. It was not installed properly but I was unaware as a tenant occupied the home. I realized the AC was not working properly when I took possession of the home back last week. A very reputable company came out to tune up the AC and discovered that Jay, the technician that installed it, did not do so properly. He lazily did things and cut corners. I reached out to Jay immediately upon being notified with no response.

Two years ago I used this company to add Freon to my air conditioner, they were randomly selected through my home warranty company. Turns out now that they way over filled it (like double) so now my air conditioner hasnt worked all season and waiting to get it repaired has been a nightmare. I paid out of pocket for the freon too ($200+) which means I literally paid them to essentially break my air conditioner. Im shocked a professional company could s**** up something like this
