Cannot get my family physician to refer me to a specialist. My physician is backlogged with writing prescriptions and doing referrals. There is a woman gatekeeper at the front desk reception who refused to ask my physician for a referral to my specialists and she rudely put me on hold. I would like to preface this review by stating that I normally have no issues with this clinic or its workers, but the experience I have had today can only be described as bottom of the barrel, dare I say abysmal. My family doctor had to leave minutes before I arrived today, and I was made to meet up with one of the assistants/secretaries instead. Thankful to have him as our family physician. Has helped us get a lot of issues checked out sending us in to appropriate doctors. Still working on a few things but good for the day to day and temporary issues too. Not usually too long of a wait to get in
