After seeing the same doctor for about 15 yeard my husband felt the need to find a new doctor. He has recently started seeing Dr Turki. I have attended his appointments. She is very thorough and attentive. She has been a real blessing
If no stars could be given.. I have had nothing but issues here. As of Today, a very disappointing experience occurred.. I came in with documented recommendations from a psychiatrist requesting follow-up care, including blood work, a physical, a referral to a local psychiatrist, and help with a medication change. This guy clinic has proven to be forgetful and disorganized, Gemini clinic reception did my spouse dirty (we shared a meet and greet appointment for a new family doctor) They said they’d call to let us know whether or not she’d had accepted us or not. Cannot get my family physician to refer me to a specialist. My physician is backlogged with writing prescriptions and doing referrals. There is a woman gatekeeper at the front desk reception who refused to ask my physician for a referral to my specialists and she rudely put me on hold. When I called back, I spoke to Melissa at the front desk reception. She was completely different from the other rude receptionist and more help taking particulars for Dr. Dareen Turki to refer me.
