Im disheartened to share that Rheana cleaned a family members house and stole a number of things out of a bedroom she was instructed to not go into. She has been unresponsive and has decided to be silent. She has been a cleaner in the family for many years and has ended a great piece of business/relationship. We were a bit disappointed by Rheana's job in our 3bd 1bath apartment this past weekend. Starting with the positives: she was on time and willing to come on a Sunday, she got the wall to wall carpet in the living room cleaned (washed) and was dedicated in moving/tipping the couches to be able to clean as much of that carpet as possible, and she went that extra step in folding miscellaneous laundry in the bedrooms and making the beds. It should not be as hard to locate a cleaning service and get your house cleaned at a reasonable price. Gemini failed on all fronts. 1. The demanded a $50 deposit before coming to our home which was never returned 2. The promised to bid the job before starting but did not and just went to work 3. When done, it was hard to recognize that the house was cleaned at all 4.
