I had Geminair install a Mitsubishi ducted air con system. John the gentleman who came to do the quote was excellent and very knowledgeable about what system was required for my home and what I didn't need. After excepting the quote, the Geminair team contacted me straight away to ensure I was happy to proceed ASAP. We had a fully ducted large system installed 5 years ago and have had consistent breakdowns throughout. All call backs to fix has resulted in no written responses or paperwork to say what exactly they did to fix the problems and the ‘fix’ has not lasted. I do not recommend using this company. I am extremely disappointed in their consistent incompetence and absence of professionalism. James and his team are the best in this business. They did a pretty non-standard job for us and made sure that we were taken care of at every step with great communication and making sure everything's exactly like we wanted.

I was sceptical at first trying these guy out as it was my first time but after looking at reviews and hearing so many good things about them through community pages, I had to try them out! Honestly from customer service all the way to installation, the team at Geminair were transparent, fair and professional!
