I contacted them because of their good reviews and asked for a quote. They sent someone out, but the experience was very disappointing. The guy arrived, I showed him where to install, he just said “okay,” didn’t ask a single question, and left. The whole visit lasted about 15 seconds. After that, nobody called back or followed up with a quote. Very unprofessional service. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like the reviews.
I got ducted air system in my old duplex in which 3 companies said they could not. Peter from Gemin3 gave me a quote which was cheaper than having multiple split systems and he sent Scott, Dave and Rocky who were fantastic bunch of guys who knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job installing ducted ac in my old house. Gemin3 Air Conditioning were fantastic. John and his team were very professional, they did a great job. No mess no fuss. Very happy with them.
Tony and his boys were absolutely amazing . Great team and highly recommend them . Job was really hard and they made it look easy and clean and tidy .
