Beware buying a car from this dealer. Brought a car, engine failure within days of purchase, formally rejected car as per consumer rights for a full refund as well within 30 days. Returned car, still no refund received, they then re advertised and sold car again. Initiated small claims court action and found in my favour. Currently awaiting baliffs to act on warrant. Baliffs inform me this dealer has multiple warrants against them already. Go elsewhere....0 Stars unfortunately is not an option.
Was sold a 2014 Mazda with a clear MOT. However the very first day I noticed wheel shake when braking abd accelerating. Checked MOT history to find there were reports of worn drive shafts and suspension bushings. (Which explained MY issue - yet MIT didn’t mention it - weird?..) I told them immediately and they said they’ll fix it. Another day I was driving when a brake warning light came on. Told them again & they said they’d fix if. Bought a car in December which had just been MOT'd. Within a couple of months faults developed and we got it checked out. Only to be told the car was dangerous with several serious issues including two different sized shock absorbers on the rear suspension. When we made the garage aware they ignored our email, calls, messages for several weeks before telling us the 30 day warranty (was three months when we bought it) had expired and therefore it was wear and tear.
