This is a real family place. The people here are genuinely good, and ready and willing to take care of people. If I could afford to buy another car here, I would!
We were leaving the gym as the same time as the owner, our car broke down. He not only stopped to try and assist but then walked across the street to his shop to grab more tools to try and assist. He didn’t have to do any of this as we are simply here for vacation. Any company that treats strangers this well, has to take great care of customers.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Gemelli’s, the staff is wonderful and the customer service is outstanding. Normally when I visit a dealership I feel like I’m being pressured into buying something same day or in general, that is not the case at all at this location. The finance team is also incredibly easy to work with, negotiating within reason does not seem foreign here. I Drove an hour and a half to see this car that they said that it was available…. When I got there he said “no that sold two days ago..” I JUST SPOKE TO THEM 1.5 hours before I came… liers. Don’t give them your business.
