One of their mechanics will try to swindle you out of your car, then give it away withouta title in hand. Don't go here.
Needed an alternator replaced and they did a great job. They went above what was required. Part didn't come in on time so they drove to town 1 1/2 hours away to get the part and replace it. I really appreciate their effort to get my daughter and I back on the road!
Can't even put brakes on correctly! Won't even admit their mistake. Napa and Gemelke are jokes. Go ahead and order parts from Napa in Hawthorne to have them arrive missing parts and broken and have them tell me it's our fault! Will is a joke. Don't waste your time or money. Zero stars...
Broke down 11:30pm towed here to replace alternator they open 9am and William was 100% Professional got me in right away and off to Reno I go..Highly recommend he's curtious and Professional on every level I don't give 5 stars lightly but this one is highly deserved thank you sir.
They changed our oil in our 2023 Trailblazer. Everything is good. Will use as needed. I know the owner is a very good mechanic.
