My home was completed in December 2020. At the walk through inspection it was discovered that the foundation to my home was cracked (the brick was just shoved back into it's place) when the deck was installed and the building supervisor promised that it would be repaired even after closing. As of today, no one has contacted me to repair the foundation. The paint job is horrible. My fiancé and I had a house built through Gemcraft Homes in May of 2018. We sold our prior home much quicker than anticipated and Gemcraft was able to complete our new home in only 89 days! Everything was finished exactly as promised. I absolutely love the extremely livable floor plan of our new home.
