Worst customer service and worst water heaters manufactured, I bought their Super9 water heater with 9 years warranty and it started leaking within 3 years. I don't recommend as its wastage of money and time as you will be paying for more than $500 from your pocket every time if its leaking and need replaced. As it's not going to last 9 years as it suppose to.
