Very bad customer service the old lady’s are very rude didn’t even wanna give me a 2$ discount she wanted 45 dollar for a 4mm fake diamond earring
I’ve been here so many times to purchase jewellery and their customer service is impeccable. If your jewellery breaks they replace it and they have such affordable prices for their amazing quality jewellery. I love Gem works so much and I highly recommend their products!!
