Very rude customer service when I called just now, would not recommend anyone to shop here.

I've been going to Gem Wheelchair since about 1993 when the wheel came off my wheelchair and they were located on Northern Blvd. Anytime I need a quick repair or something replaced, this is my first choice. I'm a veteran and could call the VA and wait for them to send the company, but I need fast reliable service. Gem Wheelchair is it.
