I've been going to Gem Wheelchair since about 1993 when the wheel came off my wheelchair and they were located on Northern Blvd. Anytime I need a quick repair or something replaced, this is my first choice. I'm a veteran and could call the VA and wait for them to send the company, but I need fast reliable service. Gem Wheelchair is it.

Went to get help with a repair on my dads transport chair and before I even finished saying what I needed the guy was like, no we cant fix those but you can buy one from us for $300. Like, man can you at least look at it. I walked right out.
My four-wheel GoGo elite scooter seat was giving me problems. It was not locking into place. I went to Gem and explained my issues and Jeff took care of me right away. Same day no problem. I got a replacement scooter seat in no time. I was very pleased with the service.
