I called in to get a few questions answered in regards to a transmission flush and gasket change. He started saying something about how they need special parts and I asked for a quote, and this guy hung up on me like I was taking too much of his time. I've called several other companies / none of which said anything about "special parts", and have a feeling he would have tried jipping me had I gone to him. be weary of this guy.
