Gem was absolutely amazing! I’m not from the area and was hosting a small family wedding reception a couple of weeks before my actual elopement. Working with Gem and her sister Gel as our hair and makeup team for 1 bride + 7 bridesmaids was fantastic! Gem was super friendly and helped create a relaxed atmosphere while we were getting ready. During both the trial and on the day of, Gem made sure that the hairstyle matched what I wanted, and she got really creative with the fake greenery I brought for my hair - I loved the final look! I would recommend Gem to anybody!
Gem absolutely KNOWS what she is doing! I had so many compliments on my hair and it lasted well into the next morning even. She is both professional and fun to be around and so very talented. You will not regret booking her, if you can!
Gem!!!! You are the absolute best. One photo and she knew just what to do. I did not have the chance to do a trial as I flew from out of state. I do suggest a trial run just to get to know her and feel excited for your event. Trial run or not she WILL make you feel gorgeous. Gem is truly a gem! From the moment we met, she brought such a fun, uplifting energy to my wedding morning.
