Sent them an email about the ring I made a few months ago. I spent a lot of money to make this as a gift for my boyfriend and it’s cracking. The stone itself was $55. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Poor quality, poor guest service (not getting back to my email), and at the end of the workshop the employee added an unexpected auto gratuity. Buy your jewelry from local artists not from a company that price gouges you at every part of the creation or pedals poor/low quality products.
Went here with my friend for my birthday and our instructor was Alexa. She was so sweet, funny, and super helpful. It’s definitely pricey but our pieces turned out perfect and for sure worth the money 🫶
We loved our experience at the Gem studio and we were so grateful for Abe, he was so knowledgeable and great to work with! Our pieces turned out beautiful!
