Be sure to come here if you want to be charged for high quality extensions but have fake cheap hair from china put in your head instead and then sends fake receipts that had the tracking number to another package from 2022. Then was sent a quarter of my money back and blocked but before that was told she would call her lawyer if I said anything else be careful. Shady shady shady

Had extensions put in they didn’t even come close to matching my hair they were never blended I’ve been trying to contact her since to get the rest of my hair that she kept. Horrible service. She was all over the place trying to do my hair. I have been in contact with the cosmetologist board in looking for further assistance. Do not use her for your hair if you want it done nicely. Won’t return messages what so ever and has 1/2 of my weft left that she will not return.

I have been looking for a good salon for ages. I've tried several but wasn't completely happy. I admit that I was a little intimidated when I looked up Gem Studio, because of the many non-hair services offered. Well, I'm so glad I booked an appointment with Miranda. Things I look for in a salon: (1) Ability to cut my problematic (super thin, super fine) hair; (2) price; (3) atmosphere; (4) personality of my hairdresser.
